I just wanted to post something. I know there are a few of you out there who read this, and I know more of you are there but don’t ever post anything. I can see the hits. I have been @ the new position for 3 weeks now and am liking it very much. Everyone there is great. They are a normal IT shop with the same problems any IT shop this size would have. I am looking forward to the adventure.
I have been working out almost everyday @ lunch with a co-worker and I feel much better. I just want to fit into my kilts a bit better and those Navy Dive shorts I used to wear on the USS Beaufort (ATS-2) back from 93-96. I still miss the navy most days. I don’t miss the pay but I miss the hard work and good times. If you find me and were on the the ATS-2 drop me a line I would love to talk to you.

kilts? did I read that right, lad if you get to skinny they fall off didn’t you know?..they are made for beer swilling scots and paddys ever notice most have like 12 notches…lol…

I love them and I try to keep mine on. Chances of me getting skinny are , and I hate to say it, slim to none. I am working on it but I think being a bit thick is in the cards for me for now.

there is another maker usakilts.com up in Phoenixville Pa. I stopped by their shop and was impressed seeing how the fellah there was stiching them up. Usaully the 100-200 dollar kilts are junkie and will leave you blushing (or maybe not) if a strong wind is blowing
The kilts the band gives us are from Scotland and are thick and heavy, the whole darn thing costs about 1000 bucks! l The utilikilts are very good materal even though they aren’t as traditional…..hmmm not sure if I could get away with one around work here or not
