Not sure if this is only going to be a Marketing tool or a way to make things better. What would have been better if IBM would have listened to us instead of us listening to them all the time. They have no idea how to use thier own software in the “REAL WORLD” and at the same time want us all to buy it and use it.
Why is Blockbuster being featured? Oh I know cause they are another company that IBM can milk and help fail but in the short term it’s a win for them as they have sold them a butt load of software. I would bet that Blockbuster is out of buisness in 5 years usnig thier current business model. Who really is still renting videos or DVDs?
So go there and enjoy the postings and hope that this is going to help someone who uses IBM stuff. I think they could use this to listen rather than to preach.
