Words escape me…..you will be missed. Oh so missed! Over the weekend our family lost Kevin Glantz, the tall blond headed man on the right, in an ATV accident. In the picture is Dan Glantz, Kevin’s older brother, and Harley Glantz Kevin’s nephew. I know it gets said but he loved life, Kevin also loved to laugh and goof about, and loved all of us in our own special ways. Kevin was in fact my big brother I never had. I will miss you Kevin. I don’t think I have felt pain like this in a long time . . .

Butter Face

Kelly smelling Kevin’s beard because she said he smelled good, he smelled like butter.

UPDATE:

If you are just finding this post looking around the web for information about Kevin then I thank you. I know that now after spending a few days in Odgen, UT that Kevin in fact had some of the best friends in the world. He was truly a lucky person to know each and everyone of you. What an absolute treat to meet you all. SunSate Rental (OGDEN LOCATION)has to be one of the kindest and greatest companies on the earth. Not many employers would have don’t what you all did this weekend. I can say that knowing in the past 20 years I have held over 12 jobs and I don’t think any of them would have done what you all did (not including my current employer, they would in fact do what you all did.).

You all were Kevin’s life as much as his family was, he talked about you all at times when we talked. It was said that Kevin loved us all differently and that was in fact true. He had a gift, he treated you special and that was the magical part about him. He was very  caring and knew how to be Kevin…..

I am blessed and not as sad as I was a week ago about Kevin. I know he was enjoying life and with freinds and the world looked perfect that day.

Thank you all!

I remember growing up with Kevin - he was like a big ole teddy bear. Full of life and laugher. I too lost my brother in May and know how tough it is.

Kevin was my first cousin. My Dad Max and his mom Verna were siblings. Although we didn’t keep in touch during our adult life, he came to my mind every so often. Please let me know any details you might have. Thanks. In GOD’s name we pray for Kevin and his family.

There is a funeral in Salt Lake this Friday. As far as I know now there will be services in a few weeks in Colorado for all the family in Colorado to attend.

He was the best. The details of the accident are known and someone should be sharing them the family soon.

The good news is, he did not suffer and as everything was going wrong he was able to sheld the kids that were riding with him from any terrible injuries. let’s hope this kiddos recover soon. Kevin would be sad to know anything happened to them. Kevin always was one to put others before himself.

Except for the time he let me suffer, and I deserved it, when I went ice fishing with him and really dressed wrong for it(I can explain later). That time he just laughed at me most of the 5 or 6 hours we were out there….it’s still one of my favorite days, even though ice fishing is no fun for me.

I want everyone who reads this to know that Kevin is truly my hero!!! Kevin was with my husband and three children when the accident occurred. I believe that he saved my daughters’ lives. My husband and son were with him when he passed away and all he was concerned about were our girls. Please know that he is a beautiful man and our family will love him forever.

Just a note…Riley was released from PCMC tonight. She still has a long recovery ahead of her, but Kevin protected her from anything far worse that could have happened. Again, he is my hero!!! And my thoughts and prayers go out to you, his family. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful man with all of us!

    Billie,

I let everyone know that is with us right now in Ogden, and they were all very happy to hear that. If you need anything let us know. You can contact me directly if need be.

Give Riley a hug hug and a kiss, because we all know Kevin would have if he were still able to.

Hope she has a speedy recovery and keep us posted if anything changes.
